Position overview:

The Account Executive is the customer lead for TRITECH Communications in our New York City office. This person will act as the business development lead for our Security equipment and installation business. This individual will work in close coordination with the VP of Sales, Regional Director, Sales Engineer and Project Managers, identifying, qualifying, and bidding high value contracts with a primary focus on establishing sustained customer relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales including competitive analysis, developing sales strategies, business development, customer relationships, and bid management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, procure new clients and retain client relationships through customer-focused techniques
  • Present company capabilities to customers on services offered by TRITECH
  • Lead bid management for all opportunities being pursued
  • Consistently populate and update TRITECH’s sales management software with opportunity details and forecasting information
  • Participate in ongoing sales training/coaching
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities 4x sales quotas

Qualifications:

  • 10 years + experience selling electronic security products and services
  • A strong and thorough knowledge of the Security industry – video management, access control, visitor management, etc.
  • A proven record of generating sales in two or more industry verticals
  • Industry association membership in good standing a plus
  • Advanced communication skills and experience presenting to senior executives

Compensation:

Salary is $90k to $120k, commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, Domestic Coverage, Paid Family Leave, generous Paid Time Off, Commuter Benefit, 10 Paid Holidays, a 401k plan with a discretionary employer match and Company paid Group Term Life Insurance and Long Term Disability.
