One of the top law firms in the world, this LLP is a trusted advisor serving businesses, organizations, and individuals in many of the most important aspects of their work. With more than 850 professionals delivering services around the world, the firm has been helping their clients achieve their most pressing objectives for more than 120 years. Many of their professionals are former regulators, senior government staffers, state attorneys general and members of congress.

The Challenge

Needing more space and better technology for their New York City offices, the Firm leased 5 floors at a prestigious address in Times Square.  Tritech was selected as the AV and IT integrator because of an existing relationship with their DC office and the comprehensive and competitive proposal submitted.  The project experienced the typical construction challenges of coordination with other trades as well as continuing supply chain problems that challenge the technology sector as a whole.  Tritech’s project management and procurement teams surmounted these issues through careful planning, detailed personnel scheduling, and advanced purchasing of key components.  Some site-specific challenges such as high voltage irregularities and room usage changes required that creative solutions be engineered and executed quickly.

The Solutions

TRITECH provided numerous conference rooms of varying sizes as well as a number of specialty rooms that take advantage of the many unique spaces spread throughout the facility.  A large, divisible gathering space that overlooks Times Square and west to the Hudson River, is equipped with multiple 98” displays, a flexible sound reinforcement system and a  control system that accommodates a variety of functions including large meetings, Town Hall events and social gatherings.  Large displays are used throughout the facility for wayfinding, menus and Firm news.  Most conference rooms are equipped with display mounted camera bars that make remote meetings simple to schedule, start, and participate in.  These systems are designed to utilize a variety of providers.  A Master Control room allows technicians to monitor systems and provide remote support, minimizing disruptions.  A video and audio enabled café with indoor and outdoor seating functions as a collaboration space or a place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of downtown Manhattan.
