Morgan and Chase brands.JP Morgan Chase & Co. world headquarters are located at the Union Carbide Building or better known as the JP Morgan Chase Tower which consists of 17 floors: 5 executive and 12 bank floors. TRITECH was awarded this $3.5 million project to (1) integrate 40 presentation rooms with state of the art audio and video conferencing systems, and (2) integrate the largest scale implementation of the latest Cisco tele-presence codec system. BP AmericaBritish Petroleum America, Washington, DC BP America Inc. (NYSE:BP) is one of the world’s largest energy companies and is the leading producer of oil and natural gas in the United States, and the largest investor in U.S. energy development. BP America relocated their government affairs office, encompassing conference, office, meeting and videoconferencing spaces. This relocation required new data/telecom cabling infrastructure, and audio visual systems.TRITECH was awarded this million dollar project to design, furnish and install nine (9) presentation technology systems, including a dedicated videoconferencing suite, several team breakout rooms and a state-of-the-art multi-display executive corporate boardroom. Additional systems included cable TV distribution through all office spaces, background music and paging systems. TRITECH also designed and provided all data and telephone structured cabling systems for the 31,135 square feet office space including server room configuration and building telecom services. Georgetown UGeorgetown University – McDonough School of Business, Washington, DC The Robert McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University is one of the nation’s leading educational institutions engaging in developing the next round of corporate professionals. When the school decided to expand and create a new state-of-the-art building on campus they asked TRITECH, their proven technology partner to participate on their design team lead by GU’s own internal construction group and Goody-Clancy Architects. TRITECH designed, furnished and installed the facility’s audio visual instructional technology systems including twenty eight (28) rooms of various types AV presentation systems encompassing seminar, lecture, classroom, meeting and conference spaces. Two major eighty seat seminar rooms are fully equipped for high resolution videoconferencing/distance learning applications used by advanced MBA programs. TRITECH continues to support our partners at the McDonough School of Business with an ongoing maintenance and support services for their existing spaces.
MicrosoftMicrosoft Inc., Chevy Chase, MD Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) is a multinational computer corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of software products for computing devices. Headquartered in Redmond, Washington, Microsoft took 133,725-sf space with Boston Properties as anchor tenant for the state-of-the-art Class A office building.TRITECH was awarded this significant project to furnish and install fifty two (52) presentation technology systems throughout Microsoft’s new corporate, sales and training facilities located in the Washington DC metro area. Systems provided included a large multi-purpose divisible room, several large conference rooms, a set of meeting spaces and training areas, an interactive technology showcase, and teaming areas throughout the four floors being occupied. Most meeting rooms are equipped with advanced HD videoconferencing capability, wireless touchpanels and HD format projectors or wall LCD displays. Microsoft’s room systems are tied into room signage, security and building management systems to coordinate occupancy and manage energy usage.
Reagan NationalReagan National Airport – Emergency Operation Center, Arlington, VA The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority manages and operates Washington Dulles International and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airports. The organization consists of more than 1,300 employees in a structure that includes central administration, airports management and operations, and police and fire departments.TRITECH furnished and installed audiovisual and IT related systems to support the police and fire call center for both Reagan and Dulles airports, as well as a crisis management operations center and senior management videoconferencing briefing room. TRITECH also designed, provided and installed four conference room AV systems for airport administration staff use.
