The Client

New Balance is a company with over 100 years of experience that places an emphasis on innovation and is committed to the belief that people were “born to move.” The company is very proud of the fact that its product is made in America, and services the world with hundreds of locations over five continents. To accomplish their goals, New Balance has approximately 800 employees who work at their headquarters in Brighton, Massachusetts.

The Challenge

Their headquarters are a very vibrant, active place, where the active exchange and open interaction of ideas, concepts and information among employees, and with their associates and partners world-wide is instrumental to their success.  Over 100 collaborative meetings take place on an average day at the New Balance headquarters, utilizing their 70 technology-rich meeting rooms virtually continuously.  Each room is basically an incubator for the innovation which New Balance CEO, Rob DeMartini, sees as the reason for the company’s growth.  TRITECHs challenge was to design and implement an integrated system to meet their needs.
