The Challenge
The company has experienced explosive growth over the last few years and because of limitations on in-person meetings, it has increased its reliance on AV technology to bring scientists, researchers, doctors and all the others involved in their critical work together. TRITECH was called upon to design spaces and technology systems that would support the various groups working on the development of important medicines. Some of the technology needed to be retrofit into existing spaces while some was to go into new spaces being built. Schedules were incredibly tight, requiring precise planning and coordination. Equipment shortages needed to be minutely managed, with alternate plans in place at all times.
The Solutions
TRITECH provided systems that facilitated and enhanced the work of the various teams while allowing them to easily interact with colleagues around the world. Numerous collaboration spaces in a variety of environments from labs to formal conference rooms were provided. Spaces for large groups were provided with multiple, large displays to enhance information sharing as well as audio systems to support presentations and collaboration systems for sharing content with local and remote participants. TRITECH also provided a large display wall in their headquarters lobby that is used to deliver the company’s messaging to employees, visitors, and partners.
