We’re proud to share that the Disney NYC Headquarters — the Robert A. Iger Building — has been honored with the AIA New York/Center for Architecture 2026 Design Merit Award, recognizing excellence in architectural design.

This landmark project spans a full city block and 1.2 million square feet, uniting The Walt Disney Company’s New York operations under one roof for the first time. Purpose-built studios, collaborative workspaces, and a central Great Room create an environment designed for how media companies work today. The building also sets a sustainability benchmark as a LEED Platinum, all-electric facility.

TRITECH Communications is honored to have played a key role in this project, engineering and installing the AV systems across the headquarters — including screening rooms, conference rooms, and collaboration areas. We also deployed direct LED video walls and comprehensive digital signage systems used for wayfinding, company communications, and general information throughout the facility.

Congratulations to the entire project team on this well-deserved recognition. Projects like this represent the best of what our industry can achieve when great design and great technology come together.
