MATTHEW O’REILLY, CO-FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
In March 2002, Mr. O’Reilly co-founded TRITECH and is currently a corporate officer serving as the company’s chairman of the board and chief executive. From 1997 – 2002 Mr. O’Reilly was Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development for General Semiconductor Corporation, a $500 million NYSE listed global semiconductor manufacturing company. From 1988 – 1996 Mr. O’Reilly held several marketing, sales and corporate development positions of increasing responsibility within General Instrument Corporation, a $3 billion global technology systems conglomerate.

Mr. O’Reilly is a 1988 graduate of Stony Brook University where he earned an engineering degree.



MICHAEL DIGREGORIO, CO-FOUNDER and PRESIDENT, COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION
In March 2002, Mr. DiGregorio co-founded TRITECH and is currently a corporate officer managing the company’s communications division which comprises mission critical, structured cabling and wireless systems. From 1996 – 2002 Mr. DiGregorio was the Director of Operations for a New York based privately held structured cabling systems company. From 1992 – 1995 Mr. DiGregorio was the District Manager of Communications Systems for P.C. Richards & Sons, a $600 million electronics retailer.

Mr. DiGregorio is a member of BICSI, a professional association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry. ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety, security and audio visual technologies.



MICHAEL ENGBLOM, CO-FOUNDER and PRESIDENT, SECURITY DIVISION
In March 2002, Mr. Engblom co-founded TRITECH and is currently a corporate officer managing the company’s security division which comprises building access, surveillance and intrusion detection systems. From 1999 – 2002 Mr. Engblom was a Project Manager for a New York based privately held structured cabling systems company.

Mr. Engblom is a member of BICSI, a professional association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry. ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety, security and audio visual technologies.



JOSEPH MELFA, PRESIDENT, AUDIO-VISUAL DIVISION

Mr. Melfa is a corporate officer managing the company’s audio visual division which comprises systems integration, video conferencing, court technology, distance learning and digital signage systems. From 2001 – 2006 Mr. Melfa was Vice President of Operations for ACE Communications, an audio visual systems integrator acquired by TRITECH in April 2006. From 1996 – 2001 Mr. Melfa was Director of Project Engineering and Management for ACE Communications. From 1988 – 1996 Mr. Melfa was Manager of Field Operations for Audio Command Systems, a residential audio visual systems integrator.

Mr. Melfa is a 1987 graduate of The Suburban Technical School where he earned a degree in Electronic Technology and a 1985 graduate of Nassau Community College. Mr. Melfa is a Certified Technology Specialist and member of ICIA and Infocomm International, professional organizations that support the audio visual industry.



CHRISTIAN SCHACHINGER, VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE and ADMINISTRATION
Mr. Schachinger is a corporate officer managing the company’s finance, accounting, tax, legal and human resources functions. From 2004 – 2006 Mr. Schachinger was the Controller for ACE Communications, an audio visual systems integrator acquired by TRITECH in April 2006. From 1998 – 2005 Mr. Schachinger was the Controller for Lufthansa German Airlines, Northeast USA region, a leading international airline. From 1992 – 1998 Mr. Schachinger held several logistics, sales and administrative positions of increasing responsibility for Lufthansa German Airlines.

Mr. Schachinger is a 1992 graduate of Hofstra University where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He is currently a member of the Long Island Chapter of Financial Executives International.



FRANK CLANCY, JR., VICE PRESIDENT, MID-ATLANTIC REGION
Mr. Clancy is the company’s senior executive in the Mid-Atlantic region managing the company’s field operations, marketing, sales and customer service functions. From 1998 – 2004 Mr. Clancy was the Technical Coordinator managing the technology growth and development of over 150 instructional facilities for The University of Maryland at College Park. From 1982 – 1997 Mr. Clancy held several engineering, field operations and operations management positions with audio visual equipment and integration firms.

Mr. Clancy attended Syracuse University where he studied Electronic Media Production, and is a 1978 graduate of The New York Institute of Technology. Mr. Clancy is a Certified Technology Specialist, and a member of ICIA and Infocomm International, professional organizations that support the audio visual industry.



DON COGLIANO, VICE PRESIDENT, NEW ENGLAND REGION
Mr. Cogliano is the company’s senior executive in the New England region managing the company’s field operations, marketing, sales and customer service functions. From 1999 – 2008 Mr. Cogliano was Vice President of Integration for York Telecom Corporation, a global managed services provider and technology systems integrator. From 1995 – 1999 Mr. Cogliano was Director of Operations for Video Lab, a Boston based regional audio visual systems integrator. From 1974 – 1995 Mr. Cogliano was a Production / Tour Manager for Richard G. Abrams and Associates, a national entertainment services organization.

Mr. Cogliano is a Certified Technology Specialist and a member of ICIA, the Academy Faculty and CTS Certification Committee of Infocomm International and The U.S. Institute for Theater Technology.
