Position Overview:

Responsible for carrying out all Company goals and objectives as it relates to this position and the New England regional office. Primary Responsibilities:

Office Operations

Security Technician

Service Technician Audio Visual

Position Overview:

Prior experience working for a telecom Installation company and/or a Construction company is desired.

Primary Responsibilities:

Office Operations

  • Able to configure AV equipment such as media control systems (AMX/Crestron/Extron), matrix mixers and switchers, codecs (Tandberg/Polycom)

  • Very competent in running project sites and installs and leading a crew of technicians.
  • Hold technical certifications from at least one major AV equipment manufacturer such as Crestron, Extron, Clear One, AMX or similar firms.
  • Possess an Associates level college degree in a technology related field (may substitute four more years of AV work experience in lieu of a college degree)
  • CTS, CTS-1, NICET, EST or a comparable certification is preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to component level.
  • Proven track record in providing superior customer service.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Systems Engineer Audio Visual

This position is for an Audio Visual Systems Engineer to join our NYC, Boston and Washington DC team. This position includes being articulate in the systems provided and supported by TRITECH Communications AV Group. Responsible for providing pre and post-sales support to sales and technical staff on electronic systems. Must have ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review Project Assignment Sheet.
  • Review RFP drawings and specs.
  • Review Equipment List and release equipment for ordering.
  • Create drawing package in CAD to meet scheduled deadline.
  • Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and Field Supervisors regarding projects and drawings/design and address issues.
  • Work with Engineering Manager to verify system functionality.
  • Send approved drawing package to PM and team.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.
  • Other duties as required or assigned by company management.
