PRESS RELEASE TRITECH Communications 631-254-4500 TRITECH Awarded $3.1 million in Technology Integration Projects at Microsoft USA LocationsGARDEN CITY, NY– TRITECH Communications was awarded Audio Visual & Structured Cabling contracts totaling $3.1 million including a mix of design/build and installation only projects at the following Microsoft USA locations: MS Eastern Regional Offices: Chevy Chase, MD MS New England Research and Development Center: Cambridge, Ma. MS New York Metro District: Iselin, NJ  MS Eastern Regional Offices: Chevy Chase, MD Scope of work to furnish and install fifty two (52) presentation technology systems throughout Microsoft’s new 133,725-sf corporate, sales and training facilities located in the Washington DC metro area. Room types included a large multi-purpose divisible room, several large conference rooms, training rooms, an interactive technology showcase and teaming areas throughout the four floors being occupied. Meeting rooms are equipped with advanced HD videoconferencing capability, wireless touch panels, HD format projectors and wall LCD displays. Microsoft’s room systems are tied into room signage, security and building management systems to coordinate occupancy and manage energy usage. MS New England Research and Development Center: Cambridge, Ma. This design/build integration project included Enhanced Collaboration Videoconferencing Systems utilizing the equipment listed below along with MS RoomView 7.0. Roomview is a web based application for conference room scheduling and monitoring and is equipped with an in room PC with multi-image processor/ MS Live Meeting /Whiteboard capture camera with the ability to bridge VTC and audio capabilities.
Microsoft New York Metro District: Iselin, NJ Scope of work included furnishing and installing a structured cabling system to support MS voice / data network.
