New York, NY – Norton Rose Fulbright, one of the world’s leading global law firms, will relocate its New York City offices to a premier building in midtown Manhattan at 1301 Avenue of the Americas pursuant to a long-term lease. Norton Rose Fulbright will take floors 28 – 31 comprising 107,000 total square feet of space. TRITECH Communications, Inc. (“TRITECH”) was awarded a $1.5 million contract to procure and install leading edge audio visual, communications and security systems throughout the location. The space will comprise a board room with broadcast capability, offices, multiple small, medium and large conference rooms, training rooms and multi-purpose rooms.
