The Challenge

Moody’s signed a 20 year lease to occupy 17 floors or 670,000 square feet for its new world headquarters. 7 World Trade Center is considered by many to be the gold standard among modern office skyscrapers in terms of innovation, technology, architecture and environmental sustainability.

The Solutions

TRITECH was awarded this $4 million project to (1) build a 10,000 square foot datacenter on the 19th floor and fiber-optic riser system encompassing all 17 floors, and (2) build 54 presentation rooms with state of the art audio and video conferencing systems. TRITECH’s OneSource business model was an enabling factor in completing this project on budget and on schedule.
